CSDDD: due diligence duties postponed to July 2028
The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive was moved back a year by the stop-the-clock directive: Member States transpose by 26 July 2027 and the first group of companies applies it from 26 July 2028. Only very large companies are directly covered, but they push supplier questionnaires and clauses down the chain.
