Everything it does, and nothing hidden behind a tier
SeaDirect Protect is one system with 13 capabilities. Below them is the actual product list: the same 31 line items a plan is built from, with the dependencies between them shown honestly rather than discovered at install time.
The capabilities
What each part of the platform is for, in plain language, grouped by what it is there to achieve.
Keep threats out
The boundary between you and the internet, and staying online while it holds.
Know and harden your estate
What you run, what is installed on it, and which of it is exposed.
Stay in control
Who may do what, how they reach it, and getting back on your feet after a bad day.
Respond and prove it
Incidents, people, suppliers, and the evidence an auditor or regulator asks for.
The product list
Every switchable product, grouped the way it is grouped on your plan. Anything you do not buy is not simply hidden: the platform refuses to run it, right down to the gateway. Each one carries its list price: what it costs before anything is agreed for your situation, and the same figure our own quotes are built from.
Network & Router
The gateway on your site or vessel: connectivity, protection and access.
Threat Detection
Seeing what is on the network and what is happening on it.
Endpoint Protection
The agent on each server, desktop and laptop, and what it enforces.
Intelligence & Lookups
Knowing what is dangerous, and what in your software is exposed.
Fleet & Platform
Running it all centrally: configuration, updates and alerting.
Governance & Access
The registers, the evidence and who is allowed to do what.
People & Training
The half of security that is not a machine: what your people know, and how you prove it.
About these prices. They are list prices and not an offer: indicative figures before the size of your estate, the breadth of what you take and anything agreed for your situation are applied. Site licences, console seats and the discount for taking several products together are applied in the plan builder, and we confirm the real number in writing. Prices exclude VAT.
Why the dependencies matter. Some products are not meaningful on their own: on-the-wire threat detection needs the firewall it inspects behind, and the firewall needs the gateway it runs on. Where that is the case we say so up front and include the prerequisite, rather than selling you half a thing that quietly does nothing.
Not sure which of these you actually need?
Most organisations need less than the full list, and a different subset than they expect. Tell us what you run and we will mark up this list for you, including the parts we would leave out.
