Gangway Secure remote access from a browser
Reach any machine you are responsible for, from a browser, without opening a door for anyone else.
Remote support is where good security quietly falls apart. A port opened for a supplier, a permanent tunnel nobody remembers creating, a shared password for the machine in the plant room: each one is a way in that outlives the reason it was made.
Gangway replaces all of that with sessions. You open the machine you need from your browser (a desktop, a terminal, a screen) and the connection is brokered through infrastructure you already trust rather than through a hole in the firewall. Nothing needs to be installed on the machine you are sitting at.
Every session is tied to a named person, authorised by their role, and recorded: who connected, to what, when, and for how long. Access can be granted for a job and removed when it is done, which is what makes it safe to give a supplier the access they need.
For machines behind your own gateway, the gateway itself is the way in. For laptops out in the world, a relay does the same job. Either way, there is no permanently open door.
