CER Directive: resilience duties for critical entities
The Critical Entities Resilience Directive covers physical resilience of entities in energy, transport (including ports and shipping), water, health, digital infrastructure and other sectors. It applied from 18 October 2024, the day after the transposition deadline. Entities are not covered until their Member State identifies them, but the identification work is under way in every country.
